Winsome Construction will offer a peek inside the walls of an advanced framed home on Saturday as part of their Better Building Series designed to show homebuyers the difference between a high performance home and those that are just built to minimum code.
The “Brains & Bones” tour will be held 1-4 p.m. May 19 at 7061 NW Poverty Bend Road a few miles north of McMinnville.
The 3-bedroom home was recently framed for a couple from Redmond who plans to move to the area. The event is free.
