Continuing Education for Building Excellence

As one of our core values, continuous improvement is something we actively pursue at Winsome Construction.  One of the ways in which we do this is through our involvement in the 20 Club, a program through the National Association of Home Builders.  The 20 Club is a network of top builders across the nation who meet twice a year to share innovation, review financials and take an honest look at the current state of their businesses.

Shan recently returned from Maine, where he spent a week meeting with Winsome’s 20 Club. A couple of the noteworthy tours included a local custom cabinet shop as well as a 7 million dollar home in Wolfeboro. Located in a resort area near Lake Winnipesaukee, the Wolfeboro home provided a hands on opportunity to explore the latest in luxury home products.  

Another highlight was attending trainings focused on continual business improvement.  This 20 Club session provided an in-depth look at accounting systems, project management and effective delegation.
