Special Announcement – COVID-19

April 15, 2020

First off we would like to thank you for your continued support and patience through this time as we are quickly having to evolve our processes to adjust to the new safety requirements and guidelines designed to keep our clients, team and trade partners safe. We, like many of you,are awaiting answers with each coming day and appreciate the dedication to our core values and determination to get through this as a united team.

It’s been a challenging year so far, as we all adjust to the unfolding coronavirus pandemic. As countries and companies around the world grapple with this health crisis, we are thinking of all those affected by the outbreak, especially those who have fallen ill and the health care providers on the front lines who are working to preserve our health and safety.

On March 23rd Governor Kate Brown issued the Stay Home, Save Lives Executive Order #20-12. In the Governor’s order there is a list of businesses that are required to close. As of now, any business or industry that is not specifically listed for closure can continue to operate, as long as they do so with appropriate health safety and other social distancing measures in place. The Governor’s order is outcome based, which basically means if you can operate safely and comply with the CDC and social distancing guidelines, then for now you can continue to operate.

In the interest of doing our part to slow and stop the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and to protect the health and safety of our team and community, Winsome has closed our McMinnville and Bend offices to the public and the office team have all been set up to work remotely.

Additionally, as we push forward on work on our job sites we have instituted safety measures to ensure that trade partners and field staff can safely continue to be productive while staying healthy.

-We are minimizing the overlap of trades on our job sites and ensuring that the 6’ social distancing is being followed by all trade partners and field workers.
-We are sanitizing high touch areas at least once daily.
-We are setting up hand washing stations where possible and have hand sanitizer available.
-We are posting signage to remind field workers of protective measures.
-We have shifted on site meetings to remote meetings whenever possible.

Should you have any questions, comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we would be happy to speak with you. Currently our office is closed but all phone calls are being forwarded to one of our team members to assist you. You can contact us at (503) 472- 7402.

We hope that you and your loved ones are able to stay safe, healthy and sane during these turbulent and unprecedented times.

Sincerely,

Shan and Wendy Stassens & The Winsome Team
