Salem Pringle Creek Home Tour Recap – “Features & Finishes” of a LEED Platinum Home

The “Features & Finishes” event this past Saturday was an amazing afternoon with at least 100 people attending. The house showed beautifully. Jennifer prepared an incredible spread of food and served wines so good that one guest asked to bring an empty bottle home with her. The Pringle Creek team created striking color pots for the front patio and back courtyard, and brought patio furniture to define the courtyard space.

Visitors received a Home Flyer and Technical Data Sheet, and many of them talked to Shan (builder), Kevin (project superintendent), Jane or Kerry (Pingle Creek team) depending on their interest in the home and the community. Some were highly interested and actively looking for their next home and others were neighbors who were just curious to see the finished product, but regardless, everyone had a great time.
